The standard scanner is mounted directly on the wall using bracket and two screws that are included with package. The fingerprint scanner does not require addition accessory to operate; however optional accessories are available to dress it up and provides the scanner with additional protection.
In-Wall Mounting Frame (Stainless Steel)

The in-wall Mounting Frame is used to provide additional protection for the standard fingerprint scanner by securing and recessing it into the wall. |
The in-wall mounting frame (Part Number 100307) is made from stainless steel. Installing this mounting frame requires preparing an opening in the wall a little over 7"x6"x3".

Weather Protection Cap (Stainless Steel)

The Weather Protection Cap is used to give the standard fingerprint scanner (surface mount) extra protection against direct environment conditions such as direct rain, snow, and sunlight. |
The Weather Protection Cap (Part Number 100306) is made from stainless steel and is secured to the wall behind the scanner by 4 screws.

Round Covers
Standard Round Cover (Stainless or Golden)

The Standard Round Cover is used to give the standard fingerprint scanner (surface mount) different look. |

The Standard Round Cover (Part Number 100231-Stainless Steel; 100272-golden) is made from stainless Steel or steel with golden finish. This cover is not secured by any screw and it is installed by aligning and snapping it over the fingerprint scanner. It can be removed by pushing on the scanner while pulling the bottom edge away from the wall. |

Standard Round Cover (Stainless) with LED

The Standard Round Cover with LED is used for Status Indication. it includes three different colored LEDs (yellow, green, & red). These LEDs can be used to give the end-user visual indication that reflects the status of the system that is being monitored. |
The Standard Round Cover with LED (Part Number 100428) is made from stainless steel. The Standard Round Cover with LED snaps around the standard fingerprint scanner (surface mount). The LEDs are not powered or controlled by the ekey system and are rated up to 12 VDC.

Secure Round Cover (Stainless Steel)
The Secure Round Cover is used to secure the standard fingerprint scanner (surface mount) to the wall.

The secure round cover (Part Number 100308) is made from stainless steel. A back plate is affixed by screws to the wall behind the scanner. A round cover goes over the scanner and is held in place by a hidden screw at the bottom. The hidden screw extends internal by pushing the bottom edge of the round cover away from the scanner. |
